DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMINGS

Standard Delivery to mainland UK is completely FREE of charge on all orders over £50. 

Standard Deliveries can be made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Harbour Lifestyle delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners. We endeavour to deliver all in stock orders (to mainland UK) within 7-10 working days of your order being placed. Please note: This service is a kerbside delivery. 

Platinum Delivery & Assembly Service: Our platinum delivery & assembly service is available nationwide on Harbour Lifestyle furniture only.  
Platinum Delivery & Assembly includes delivery to your outdoor space & assembly of furniture, we will then remove a take all packaging for repurposing or recycling and is charged at £179. Should your order not require assembly we offer the same level of delivery, but without assembly for £75.

 

Pergola Assembly Service: Our assembly service is available to customers within a 120 mile radius of us. Use the 'Add pergola assembly service' button on the pergola product page to check if your address falls within our 120 mile radius. We do not currently offer assembly for wall mounted or steel pergolas. Due to insurance reasons, our Pergola Assembly Team are not licensed to drill the bolts of the Pergola. This service is priced at £499 and includes delivery of the Pergola, full assembly and removal of all packaging. 

 

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

If you require a Saturday delivery or you would like items delivered to a business address, please contact our team on 033080 81744 to enquire whether this is possible. 

Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please contact our delivery team on +44 33080 81744 before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require. Please also note that delivery to these areas can take up to 3-4 weeks, rather than our standard delivery timeframe of 7-10 working days.

We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you'd like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, please get in touch. To enable us to provide you with the best quotation it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.

 

DELIVERY DAY

On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavour to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.

Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for repeat delivery.

Our standard delivery service does not include set up or assembly of your items, or the removal of packaging materials. If this is required, please select either our Package Removal or Platinum Delivery options.

Please note, if you have requested delivery to a 'safe place' you assume responsibility for any loss of damage once delivery to this place has taken place.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact our delivery team on +44 33080 81744 or via email customerservices@harbourlifestyle.co.uk who will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.

 

HELP WITH MY DELIVERY

MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I’VE PAID FOR IT. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

In the rare event that your item is out of stock after placing your order, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 1 month, you’ll be billed and then we’ll contact you to organise delivery once it is ready to be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 1 month, we'll cancel your order and refund you.

If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services to cancel your order and process a refund or to select an alternative product.
