The PergoSTET range - exclusive to Harbour Lifestyle - is an award winning range of modern Pergolas. All PergoSTET pergolas provide shade in the summer heat, and can be switched to a fully waterproof roof at a moment's notice should the great British weather suddenly change! With tilting louvres, you can quickly switch between a closed roof and an open-top allowing the sunshine to come beaming through.
The PergoSTET textilene blinds are inset to the pergolas main beam structures. This results in the blind being better equipped to cope with breezes and better prevents blind movement than if they weren't inset. PergoSTET Pergolas come with 3 textilene side blinds, which are heat sealed at the bottom to avoid the fabric fraying.
The incredibly well designed, built-in drainage system prevents you from having to open the louvred roof as any excess water that lands on the louvres, flow into u shaped channels. You will never see the water draining off the Pergola, as any excess rainwater will flow from the roof into the framework of the pergola, once in the horizontal framework, the rainwater flows into the legs and then vertically down to the ground.
In addition to this, there are remote-controlled LED mood lighting strips around the perimeter of the gutter system. The LED strips can be an array of different colours and can be changed with the use of a remote control. The lights are dimmable to your desired brightness to set the mood. The gazebo would require a 240-volt socket for the lights to be activated.
This well engineered contemporary pergola requires 2-3 people to assemble and should be completed in approximately 2 - 3 hours. We recommend mounting the Pergola onto a solid and flat surface. Once assembly is complete, it's crucial to promptly secure the structure to the floor using the bolts that are provided as standard. Not doing so risks structural integrity, potentially causing beams to shift. Unbolted feet leave your pergola vulnerable to movement, compromising its durability and safety.
All PergoSTET pergolas come with a 3 year warranty on the frame and 1 year warranty on the blinds and louvres.
Note - adding additional blinds
It is possible to add a fourth blind to make the PergoSTET fully enclosed. However, advice on how to install this needs to be taken from our technical team. To add a fourth blind please call us on 03308 081 744 and we will be able to support you with your order via the telephone.
Note - strong winds/weather conditions
We highly recommend assembling your pergola during suitable weather conditions. This will help ensure the safety of the pergola, minimize any potential risks during the assembly process, and facilitate a secure and successful installation.
If you experience strong winds, we recommend rolling up the blinds to avoid any damage to the structure. By taking these precautions, you can help ensure the longevity and safety of your pergola and blinds during windy weather.
Note - surface levels
PergoSTET pergolas need to be installed on level surfaces in order for their drainage system to work efficiently. Standard 1:80 falls for surface water runoffs on patios are perfectly acceptable. If the fall is significantly steeper than this, installation may still be possible but performance will be affected and warranties may be invalid.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMINGS
Standard Delivery to mainland UK is FREE of charge on all orders over £50.
Standard Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Harbour Lifestyle delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners. We endeavour to deliver all orders (to mainland UK) within 10 working days of your order being placed.
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please contact our delivery team on 01223 626006 before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require.
We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you'd like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, or you'd like us to arrange with our trusted courier partner to deliver your order to another country, please get in touch.To enable us to provide you with the best quotation it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.
DELIVERY DAY
On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavour to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.
Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.
Our standard delivery service does not include set up or assembly of your items, or the removal of packaging materials. If this is required, please select either our Package Removal or Platinum Delivery options.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact our delivery team on 01223 626006 or via email customerservices@harbourlifestyle.co.uk who will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.

In the rare event that your item is out of stock after placing your order, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 1 month, you’ll be billed and then we’ll contact you to organise delivery once it is ready to be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 1 month, we'll cancel your order and refund you.
If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services to cancel your order and process a refund or to select an alternative product.

So many summers have been and gone and we haven't really used the garden. The Pergola means we can now sit in the garden even if it isn't a long summer night. It's a great bit of kit, sturdy and looks the part. LED lights are great and the heater does the job. We opted for the 3 x 3 as it fitted the space well. We also paid for it to be built as I didn't want the hassle. All sorted in a couple of hours. Really pleased with it.

Overall we absolutely love our new pergola. The sales team were brilliant & the whole process was easy including the team that came to fit it.
The quality is overall very good & it looks amazing.
The only slight gripe is the drop down sides. We have managed to get two working smoothly but the 3rd is stiff & pops out of the runners which is a bit annoying. I understand that it has to be perfectly square so we can live with it plus we have a very slight drop off (good for the drainage system).
Price overall was fair compared to other similar products.
