Check Your Local Assembly Options
Our Pergola Assembly service is available depending on your delivery address. This service is priced at £499 and includes delivery of the Pergola, full assembly and removal of all packaging. Due to insurance reasons, our Pergola Assembly Team are not licensed to drill the bolts of the Pergola.
During our busy season (February-September) delivery and assembly may take up to 3 weeks to schedule.
Please note that we do not offer our Pergola Assembly service with Wall Mounted or Steel Pergola purchases.

Pre Order
When an item is available to Pre Order, we will display a ‘Due In’ date. This is an estimated date that the item is due to arrive into our warehouse. Once the item arrives into our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for our courier partner to deliver the item to your address. Please note that this date is subject to change if there are delays with shipping. In which case our customer care team will provide you with update of your delivery.

The PergoSTET range - exclusive to Harbour Lifestyle - is an award winning range of modern Pergolas. All PergoSTET pergolas provide shade in the summer heat, and can be switched to a fully waterproof roof at a moment's notice should the great British weather suddenly change! With tilting louvres, you can quickly switch between a closed roof and an open-top allowing the sunshine to come beaming through.
The PergoSTET textilene blinds are inset to the pergolas main beam structures. This results in the blind being better equipped to cope with breezes and better prevents blind movement than if they weren't inset. PergoSTET Pergolas come with 3 textilene side blinds, which are heat sealed at the bottom to avoid the fabric fraying.
The incredibly well designed, built-in drainage system prevents you from having to open the louvred roof as any excess water that lands on the louvres, flow into u shaped channels. You will never see the water draining off the Pergola, as any excess rainwater will flow from the roof into the framework of the pergola, once in the horizontal framework, the rainwater flows into the legs and then vertically down to the ground.
In addition to this, there are remote-controlled LED mood lighting strips around the perimeter of the gutter system. The LED strips can be an array of different colours and can be changed with the use of a remote control. The lights are dimmable to your desired brightness to set the mood. The gazebo would require a 240-volt socket for the lights to be activated.
This well engineered contemporary pergola requires 2-3 people to assemble and should be completed in approximately 2-3 hours. We recommend mounting the Pergola onto a solid and flat surface. Bolts are provided as standard, we strongly recommend that all Pergola legs are bolted to the floor.
All PergoSTET pergolas come with a 3 year warranty on the frame and 1 year warranty on the blinds and louvres.
Note - adding additional blinds
It is possible to add a fourth blind to make the PergoSTET fully enclosed. However, advice on how to install this needs to be taken from our technical team. To add a fourth blind please call us on 03308 081 744 and we will be able to support you with your order via the telephone.
Note - strong winds/weather conditions
If you experience strong winds, we recommend rolling up the blinds to avoid any damage to the structure. By taking these precautions, you can help ensure the longevity and safety of your pergola and blinds during windy weather.
Note - surface levels
PergoSTET pergolas need to be installed on level surfaces in order for their drainage system to work efficiently. Standard 1:80 falls for surface water runoffs on patios are perfectly acceptable. If the fall is significantly steeper than this, installation may still be possible but performance will be affected and warranties may be invalid.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMINGS
Standard Delivery to mainland UK is FREE of charge on all orders over £50.
Standard Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Harbour Lifestyle delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners. We endeavour to deliver all orders (to mainland UK) within 10 working days of your order being placed.
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please contact our delivery team on 01223 626006 before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require.
We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you'd like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, or you'd like us to arrange with our trusted courier partner to deliver your order to another country, please get in touch.To enable us to provide you with the best quotation it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.
DELIVERY DAY
On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavour to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.
Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.
Our standard delivery service does not include set up or assembly of your items, or the removal of packaging materials. If this is required, please select either our Package Removal or Platinum Delivery options.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact our delivery team on 01223 626006 or via email customerservices@harbourlifestyle.co.uk who will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.
HELP WITH MY DELIVERY
MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I’VE PAID FOR IT. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
In the rare event that your item is out of stock after placing your order, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 1 month, you’ll be billed and then we’ll contact you to organise delivery once it is ready to be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 1 month, we'll cancel your order and refund you.
If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services to cancel your order and process a refund or to select an alternative product.

If you’re anxious about spending a lot of money on buying a gazebo online, have no fear. We did a LOT of research (both online and in person) before making a purchase decision – and Harbour Lifestyle came up trumps on every level.
Our initial online enquiries were responded to speedily, efficiently, intelligently and personably by a great Customer Service team – and we eventually ordered a 4m x 4m grey gazebo with side-screens.
A fairly hefty set of packages was delivered on time – and each component was well-protected. Having elected to build it ourselves, the supplied instructions and an excellent video explained every step of the surprisingly simple process and every aspect of the process was spot-on.
The design of the gazebo along with a high standard of manufacture made this a very rewarding adventure and we’re delighted with the end-result, which looks great and performs well. The louvred roof provides variable sunlight, shade and protection when it rains while the easy-to-pull-down side-screens provide necessary windbreaks. Integral LED lighting is also pretty impressive – especially with the magic of remote-control. (We're now working on an unexpected Phase 2 of the project - an outdoor cinema projecting onto one of the side-screens - and also hopefully installing a couple of tower heaters!)
After-sales customer service also went beyond the call-of-duty and our whole experience has been exemplary. As such we’d have no hesitation in recommending Harbour…
