Visit our new showroom!

Appointments typically last for one hour. However, we know how easy it is to get carried away with our amazing product range, so we're able to accommodate customers for longer. This allows you enough time to view the entire showroom and ask any questions you may have throughout.

Unfortunately you can't just turn up at the showroom. Our visits can only be made via appointment only. This is to ensure we can offer a personalised 1-1 service to anyone who would like to visit.

However if there is availability left, you can book your visit on the same day.

You can place orders for any items you see in our showroom or anything you've seen online - these will be delivered just like any order made through our website. At this moment in time, we do not allow customers to purchase stock shown in our showroom to take away on the same day. However, we do hold limited stock of accessory and outdoor cooking items which can be purchased at our showroom.

We kindly ask that you do not bring your pets to our showroom. We do allow service dogs if you could please inform our showroom manager upon arrival. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We will have a wide variety of sets available for our customers to browse, split into different ranges which we offer e.g. Aluminium, Rope, Outdoor Fabric, Rattan and Wood. Although we are unable to fit all our products in the showroom, the products on show will provide you with good understanding and feel of the quality of materials used. In most cases, the same materials are used across entire ranges so you'll be able to use this as reference to guide your purchasing decision if the set you wanted to view is not at on display at the showroom. We will also have a wide range of sample swatches at the showroom for any of the sets which are not there. If you wish to check whether a particular product is currently on show, please email our Showroom Manager via showroom@harbourlifestyle.co.uk in advance of your visit.
