Description

The Isla outdoor rattan range has been engineered for continuous outdoor use, its aluminium frame and all-weather weave designed to stay in the garden through every season. Water, rot and rust resistance run throughout, giving you a low-maintenance set that looks composed from March to December.

The cushions are where Isla separates itself. Rather than a coated polyester, the covers are woven from Olefin at 190gsm and are genuinely breathable, so they do not hold heat in direct sun the way sealed fabrics do. Beneath the cover sits a 400g/m² fibre pad over foam, a construction that resists the flattening that affects foam-only cushions after a couple of summers.

The weave itself is a twist wicker with a textured, hand-worked surface rather than the flat uniformity of standard rattan, and it is dressed in cushions finished in Flint, a contemporary grey. It is carried on a strong yet lightweight aluminium frame, powder coated for additional protection against the elements.

The set includes a three seat sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table topped with 5mm clear tempered glass. A seat depth and seat height give the set a proper sink-in posture, closer to indoor seating than to patio furniture, while the clear glass top keeps a large set feeling open on a smaller terrace.

For Shade
We recommend a free arm parasol of 3m or more set to one side, which keeps the pole clear of the seating and the coffee table. You can find our compatible parasols here. 

For Your Peace of Mind
All covers are removable and hand-washable. The frame and weave are built to remain outdoors in every season. For the cushions, storing them away when the set is not in use and during heavy weather will keep them at their best. Recommended care products can be found below under Care and Assembly. We are confident in the Isla range and offer a three-year Structural Guarantee across it.

Store cushions indoors when not in use and follow washing instructions for covers. Regularly check for damage and repair as needed.

To maintain your cushions, clean them regularly with mild soapy water, and check care labels for specific instructions. Blot spills with a damp cloth, and let gel-based spills solidify before scraping them off. Store cushions in a cool, dry place when not in use, using appropriate cushion bags to prevent mold. Avoid keeping cushions under furniture covers for extended periods to prevent water stains.
