DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please contact our delivery team on 01223 626006 before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require.

We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you'd like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, or you'd like us to arrange with our trusted courier partner to deliver your order to another country, please get in touch. To enable us to provide you with the best quotation it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.

DELIVERY DAY

On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavour to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.

Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.

Our standard delivery service does not include set up or assembly of your items, or the removal of packaging materials. If this is required, please select either our Package Removal or Platinum Delivery options.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact our delivery team on 01223 626006 or via email customerservices@harbourlifestyle.co.uk who will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.
