Standard Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be
delivered via the Harbour Lifestyle delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners.
When using our standard delivery option, it is your responsibility to unpack the items and then dispose of the packaging.
Delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property.
As part of this service, our team will deliver the items to your garden and remove all unwanted packaging
and leave you with the assembly instructions (if applicable).
This is our most premium delivery option. On the day of your delivery you will be contacted via telephone to make you aware when the team is
30 minutes away from the delivery address. Our delivery team will deliver your goods to your garden
and fully assemble your piece of furniture. Before leaving they will also remove all unwanted packaging from your house.
Due In By
When an item is available to Pre Order, we will display a ‘Due In’ date. This is the date that the item is due to arrive into our warehouse.
Once the item arrives into our warehouse, please allow for a 7-10 working day period for our courier partner to deliver
the item to your address.
Delivered In 7-10 Working Days
If your item says ‘Delivered In 7-10 Working Days’, this means the item is currently in stock. After your order has been dispatched,
you will then receive further communication from Harbour Lifestyle or our courier partners providing you with further details of your delivery.
