Get what you love today and pay up to 30 days after placing your order. No upfront payments.
Pay in 3 installments
Split your purchase into three payments so you can spread the cost of your purchase over time. Enter the credit or debit card details of your choice and make automatic payments every 30 days. Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed by the merchant and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. No interest or fees.
Financing
This credit option allows you to spread your cost over time. With an instant credit decision, you can complete the purchase with up-front terms and conditions. Automatic payments will be made each month by direct debit and you can also pay off the full amount anytime.
Eligibility Criteria
Be old enough
You need to be at least 18 in order to use Klarna's payment options.
Have a positive credit history
History of positive behavior as a Klarna customer can improve your chances of being approved, so ensure to not miss a payment. Good to know: You can sign up for free to one of the Credit Reference Agencies (Experian or Transunion) to understand your credit profile and for guidance about how it could be improved. If you have been declined because we have not been able to verify your details, it may be that there is conflicting information held by the Credit Reference Agencies so Klarna is unable to confirm your identity.
Don't have a lot of debt
If you still have balances on unpaid purchases, it would be beneficial to pay them off to possibly increase your chance of approval.
Connect your bank account
If given the option, connect your bank account with Klarna. This will give us the chance to get a clearer picture of your ability to pay, and as a result, we will be able to make an informed credit decision. This option is only presented when we can't get enough information from other sources. Know that we handle your data carefully and that you can remove your bank account granted access at any time.

Check Your Local Assembly Options
Our Pergola Assembly service is available depending on your delivery address. This service is priced at £499 and includes delivery of the Pergola, full assembly and removal of all packaging. Due to insurance reasons, our Pergola Assembly Team are not licensed to drill the bolts of the Pergola.
During our busy season (February-September) delivery and assembly may take up to 3 weeks to schedule.
Please note that we do not offer our Pergola Assembly service with Wall Mounted or Steel Pergola purchases.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMINGS
Standard Delivery to mainland UK is FREE of charge on all orders over £50.
Standard Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Harbour Lifestyle delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners. We endeavour to deliver all orders (to mainland UK) within 10 working days of your order being placed.
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please contact our delivery team on 01223 626006 before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require.
We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you'd like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, or you'd like us to arrange with our trusted courier partner to deliver your order to another country, please get in touch.To enable us to provide you with the best quotation it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.
DELIVERY DAY
On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavour to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.
Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.
Our standard delivery service does not include set up or assembly of your items, or the removal of packaging materials. If this is required, please select either our Package Removal or Platinum Delivery options.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact our delivery team on 01223 626006 or via email customerservices@harbourlifestyle.co.uk who will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.
HELP WITH MY DELIVERY
MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I’VE PAID FOR IT. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
In the rare event that your item is out of stock after placing your order, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 1 month, you’ll be billed and then we’ll contact you to organise delivery once it is ready to be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 1 month, we'll cancel your order and refund you.
If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services to cancel your order and process a refund or to select an alternative product.
